Our factory specializes in dyeing and finishing processes for various fabrics, including micro-functional polyester fabrics, polyester, cotton-polyester, and viscose. With state-of-the-art technological equipment, we provide services to global brands in Turkey and around the world.
Our facility is equipped with dyeing machines of various capacities, ranging from 25 to 1200 kilograms. We utilize fully automated dye preparation systems and environmentally friendly dye substances to ensure consistent and reliable color results that meet our customers' expectations.
We manufacture our products in compliance with European, SGS, and ECO-Tex standards to ensure they are produced without causing harm to individuals.
The monitoring of fabrics in our facility is carried out using Production and Management Automation Systems (OSOFT) to ensure customer satisfaction and provide accurate and consistent information.
Thanks to special stenter machines, the cleaning of the fabric and the removal of dust are carried out quickly and economically and without harming the environment. The facility has a Continuous Drum Dryer with a daily capacity of 14 tons for the drying process.
